Cornelius 於 1993 年作為小山田圭吾的個人計畫開始。
為紀念出道30週年而計劃的「科尼利厄斯30週年紀念套裝」將於7月7日（週日）在東京花園劇院、7月13日（週六）在羅姆劇院京都主廳舉行。
該發行版包括東京演出的片段，以及約 120 分鐘的現場視頻，其中包含總結他 30 年職業生涯的各種歌曲，從早期歌曲到最新歌曲。
除了普通的觀看門票外，還將出售附有電子小冊子的觀看門票。
該小冊子是在會場出售的小冊子的基礎上擴大的版本，並附加了音樂會後的採訪和照片。
